It may be as in some cases the client cannot remember the crime reference or it may be the medals may have been Lost or Stolen 10, 20 or 40 or more years ago.

Don’t worry – your crime reference is still held by Police no matter how long ago you had reported the loss.

If for any reason the Police are unable to locate your crime reference, then register the loss again.

I cannot express how important it is to have a Police crime reference listed with your medal listing.
